WILL'S STORY
Will has continuously grown with each project and collaboration. He started off making small videos with a camcorder around middle school in Tucson, AZ. Will was an intern at the Art Institute where he learned about commercial and broadcast. He went to Pima Community College and made many films/videos as well as worked on a full set as 1st AC for a short film. At Pima, Will got to experience using his first RED cinema camera (Red Scarlet) and that is when he knew for sure he wanted to be a Cinematographer/Videographer. In 2020 right at the start of the pandemic, Will graduated from San Francisco State with a Bachelor of Art in Film. Working his way up in the Bay Area and now in San Diego/LA Area shooting/crewing/editing on shorts, music videos, theater productions, films, corporate videos, TV ,Sports and community productions.

CAMERA OP - ESPN+
Shooting Football games at Cal Poly in San Luis Obispo. My main duties are to get tight shots and hero shots of the athletes on the field.

VIDEOGRAPHER - ASHBROOK CENTER (AMERICAN LIVES)
Set up a 2 camera interview and sound using 2 lavs, a camera mounted shotgun mic and lights for an interview being conducted in San Francisco between people from the Ashbrook center and a SF musician. Also took that footage and edited it together along with sound editing and color grading. After that I recorded B-Roll of the area/venue and got footage of the musician's band playing.

CAMERA OP - FLOSPORTS
Camera op on multiple live sporting events, from track to marching. Framed, adjusted and balanced live camera video to the liking of the directors/producers. Made sure camera and stream remained operational throughout entirety of events. Helped in set up and tear down of all equipment for the event.

TALENT ASSISTANT -FOOD NETWORK (BBQ BRAWL)
Main duties were being liaison and assistant to the main star talent and Captains of the show. Assist camera department with setting up, preparing cameras and areas to store equipment as well as moving large equipment into place such as the JIB Sony Fx7s on tripods and putting down tents and lumber to build areas to store everything. Help to build sets and assist departments in getting what they need. Drive and do runs to get supplies for on-set.

CAMERA ASSISTANT-MASTERCLASS
Assisted camera crew in getting B-Roll as well as moving and striking lights, handling the dolly, C-Stands and various camera/lighting gear. Drove the vans with equipment in them to and from location as well as locked down the set while filming occurred.

CAMERA OP-90 DAYS TIL DUE DATE (SHORT FILM)
Recorded supplemental scenes as well as B-Roll for short film. Helped to shoot on main camera (RED Dragon) and pull focus. Also was responsible for getting sound off my camera and with external H6/Boom Mic when the sound on the RED was not working properly.

Worked with Talent and Judges to drive and get them where they needed to be on set. Made sure the cast was taken care of as well as made sure all teams have what they need to ensure the show kept running smoothly.

TEACHING/PRODUCTION ASSISTANT - SAN FRANCISCO FILM SCHOOL
Support students in-person on shoots as necessary. Acted as Camera Operator, Production Manager and Director of Photography on Community and Student films/productions. Film B-Roll and edit together video to help promote and uplift the School's image. Create a supportive and culturally conscious environment for students. Coordinate with school administration on student attendance and grading.
